We provide a set of Matlab scripts to simulate the full model and simulate and analyze the reduced model.
- FULL_MODEL_ONE_SHOT.m generates simulations of the full model (by launching FULL_MODEL_PARAMETERS.m, FULL_MODEL_INITIALIZATION.m, FULL_MODEL_SIMULATION.m, FULL_MODEL_ANALYSIS.m, FULL_MODEL_GRAPHIC_PARAMETERS.m and FULL_MODEL_GRAPHICS.m scripts).
- REDUCED_MODEL_PHASE_PORTAITS.m generates phase portraits in the social and mixed box conditions. 
- REDUCED_MODEL_BIFURCATION_ANALYSIS_FROM_SIMULATIONS.m generates the bifurcation scheme from simulations of the reduced model.               
- REDUCED_MODEL_BIFURCATION_ANALYSIS.m generates the bifurcation scheme from a formal analysis of the reduced model (steady-states, Eigen values and vectors), using Matlabs symbolic toolbox.
